Tongue & Cheek

To start things off, my name is Jenn.  I’m a Gemini (which should explain A LOT!). I’m a 32 year old SAHM.  I am using this as a place to vent my frustrations, share my giggles & Just Be Me.

I have opinions and am not afraid to share them. I am also open to others opinions as well. Isn’t that the point?

I’m weird.  Open minded. I have the mouth of a trucker. I have this tendency to babble and make people around me roll their eyes.  Over the last few years I have developed my own language in which only I can seem understand.  I have yet to give it a name, but you will hear me talk about it often.  

I AM CANADIAN!  

I like pickles, Potatoes in all forms, Beer w/clam & Jell-O.  Not together, as that would be gross.  I makes To-Do-Lists.  I love Post It Notes.  I collect stickers (shiny, sparkly ones).  I have an awful addiction to Turtles chocolates (I would give my left testicle *if I had one* for a box…pretty sad, I know!).  I love music of all kinds.  I dance barefoot.  I love Queer As Folk & The L Word and have crushes in both shows.  I worry too much.  I love the smell of coffee, thunderstorms & cranberries.  My favorite time of year is Fall.  My favorite time of day is dusk.  I LOVE Halloween.  Thanksgiving rules.  Road trips are the best, especially those to nowhere.  Love the mountains.  Nature rules.  I feel most at home in the outdoors.  I have a thing for the moon.  Camping is the way to go.  Rainbows make me smile.  I take pictures.  Lots of pictures.  I talk too much.     

I have loved and lost and lost some more.  I have pain in both the physical and emotional which I will also talk about. I’m a “behind the scenes” girl as I don’t like the spotlight.  I love my family & friends. I have multiple personalities. I’m grumpy.  Bitchy.  Sarcastic.  Depressed. Sad. Hormonal at times.  Caring.  Loving.  Giving. Happy. Strong. Weak.  Self proclaimed Geek, Nerd & Dork.  I’m artistic.  I’m silly. Don’t want to grow up (A.K.A. Peter Pan Syndrome). Spiritual, but not religious.  Looking for something I’ve lost.  Love worm picking in my bare feet after a rain storm.  Hate to wear socks.  I wear sandals until the snow is up to my knees.  My mind wanders.  I have fluff in my ear. I’m a procrastinator. Ellen Degeneres is someone I would love to meet (she is too much fun!).
