Happy Canada Day, Eh?

Since today wasn’t a scorcher like the last few days have been, we decided to take advantage and play in the pool.  The boys had fun swimming standing in the pool splashing and tossing the rings and ball around.  They haven’t quite warmed up enough to dip their whole bodies in there, but give them time and they might change their minds.

Oh, I just wanted to say that I am NOT ready to cut Nathan’s hair yet.  He has such beautiful curls and personally, he wouldn’t be him without the hair.  It’s part of his personality.  People are always bugging me about that and tell me when I’m not looking, they are going to cut his hair (especially by the hubby) and people have called him a pretty girl, but I don’t care.  If you could only see the way he bops his head around when he’s being silly or dancing, you’d see why he wouldn’t be the same if I cut his hair.  

Also, his hair is thin and light, like my hair.  Where Brad & Lucas both have thick, heavy hair, so I am not being mean by keeping it like it is.  Just wanted to clear that up before anyone thinks I am mean and torturing my child for my own selfish reasons.  I’m just a little jealous that I don’t have his hair and long lashes.  ;)
